You guys are GREAT! Completely took care of the humming and did a great job on the refret work that was long over due on my 65 Fender. Thank You, Thank you. - Earl S. Rockingham, NC

Just wanted to say great job. Recently I took in my 1981 peavey t60 to get a setup. The tech there suggested that I put 10's on instead of 9's he was right. The guitar was always going out of tune all I can say is that it plays like a new guitar. Thank you for the great job that you did.
-Anthony B. NJ
Took in my schecter C-1 classic for a setup. Best setup my guitar has ever had. The tech took the time to discuss exactly how I wanted the guitar to feel and play and even set it up for stability over multiple tunings. Great pricing and most importantly the turn over rate was incredible. Setup was completed within a few hours. My previous tech took 2 weeks! Ugh. Thank You! -Mario N. Nashua, NH

Joe Belle at GC Manhattan did a great job on my LP Studio. Great to talk to and alleviated some of my concerns, and most importantly, my new axe plays great now and holds a tuning. -John A. Hoboken, NJ

We met Dan Patterson about 6 months ago when we were in Guitar Center, Portland Maine. He is the find of the century. He has been very professional, accommodating, friendly and just overall awesome. The first thing we had him do was set up our Les Paul Standard.....we had a gig that week and were in a rush to get it back for rehearsals throughout the week before the gig and he was very accommodating to this. The set up was absolutely perfect and the guitar sounded great!  Ever since then we have had him do other repairs on other instruments. Like for instance he is currently refretting, restringing and checking the wiring on our circa 1970 Les Paul Cherry Sunburst. Guitars are like children, you don't trust them with just anyone. We know we can trust Dan. And we feel very fortunate to have found him. We plan on keeping him busy for a while. -Paula Maine

I decided to ask around in a serious search to find the best guitar tech in the area. Hands down, the unanimous answer was "Nick" at the Mays Landing Guitar Center. When I entered the store, I was impressed with the way the store conducts business. I met Nick and decided to trust him to do anything that would restore the guitar's potential. Well within the time frame that he gave me, I was back to pick it up. Nick explained every adjustment that he made on the instrument and along with the appropriate set of strings, had "my baby" sounding better than I ever imagined. ...Now, 6 months later, I decided on [purchasing] a Fishman Matrixinfinity which is an undersaddle system. By making this decision, I realized that I was subjecting a guitar that was in amazing condition and had imense sentimental value to implant surgery that required drilling! I felt like I was leaving a family member in the hospital for surgery. Quite honestly, I wouldn't have done it if it weren't for the trust that I have in Nick. Even when he handles the guitar, I can feel the respect that he has for the instrument, knowing what it means to me. I am very pleased with the end result.
I retired after 33 years from the Postal Service were I trained customer service representatives. I have fielded many complaints over the years and know the value of good customer service. I like to recognize it when I see it and to my way of thinking, Nick Palatucci [of Raritan Bay Guitar Repair] and the Mays Landing Guitar Center make a perfect partnership. -Wayne Brigantine, NJ

I wanted to take a moment to let you know about the great service I received from John Curcio at the Guitar Center in Paramus NJ. I brought my Les Paul in as I was having issues with the nut, intonation and a few other problems. John took the time to explain completely what was going on with it and did an amazing job fixing all the problems and set-up my Gibson perfectly. I have been playing guitar most of my life (and professionally for a long time) so I know a good job vs an OK job. Also being a Sales Manager for a large company, John did a terrific job offering your services and treated me the way I ask my sales people to treat our customers. Job well done! - Dennis K. NJ

I recently brought my Les Paul in for service to your Danvers location inside guitar center. I was blown away by the level of service I received by Justin and cannot express how refreshing it is to have someone actually care about helping you out. With everything gravitating toward the large corporation style of customer service, it's great to have someone who still treats you like a person. - Jebediah Portsmouth, NH

I just want to thank you guys for the excellent job you did on my Taylor T5 guitar. The action is so much better now. It came back in excellent condition, and I would recommend you to anyone!

Sincerely,
